FI.-MA. d.o.o., the work unit specializing in the employment of individuals with disabilities, attained the status of an integrative workshop on October 6, 2023. This workshop operates within the wood industry, focusing on the production of various wooden products.
An integrative workshop is an establishment or commercial enterprise that hires individuals with disabilities based on assessments and recommendations from professional rehabilitation centers. These individuals receive support, supervision, and guidance from skilled workers and instructors within the workshop.
We take pride in our Integrative Workshop, comprising six employees, five of whom are individuals with disabilities. Their dedicated work and enthusiasm contribute not only to our company’s progress but also to the advancement of our society and environment. We strive to foster a positive and stimulating work environment by investing in innovative products aligned with the latest technology. Our aim is to offer exceptional working conditions and expand employment opportunities.
