Yesterday, representatives from our company attended the “Leaders of the Future” Congress in Opatija, organized by the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs (CROMA). The event delved into pressing questions and provided insights on various topics, including the evolution of technologies and applications of artificial intelligence, the education and training of Generation Z, and strategies for adapting to the incoming new generation. Additionally, discussions centered around achieving a balance between professional and personal life, with a focus on preventing burnout and effectively managing both business and family responsibilities.
One of the highlights of the event was the third panel titled “Balance of Top Management and Health,” featuring Zlatko Dalić, the coach of the Croatian national football team. Dalić’s insights drew exceptional interest from the audience. He emphasized the importance of maintaining physical and mental well-being in leadership roles, noting, “While we may have different professions, at the core, we are all managing people. To succeed in leading the national team, I must be in exceptional physical and mental condition.”
